Standard Delivery: All orders within Thailand are processed swiftly and will arrive at your doorstep within 1–3 business days.
Bangkok Express (Grab Delivery): Need your fit immediately? We offer a 3-hour guaranteed delivery option via Grab for Bangkok residents. To arrange this, please DM us on Instagram before or immediately after placing your order to coordinate real-time delivery and rates.

Worldwide Delivery: We ship our collections globally. International shipments to the rest of the world typically take 6–10 business days to arrive, depending on your location and local customs processing.

Please Note: Original shipping charges are non-refundable, and customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping.

You can return your items for a refund within 14 days of receiving your shipment, provided they meet the following strict conditions:

Items must be in their original condition and kept inside the original packaging.
Swimwear must be completely unwashed and unworn with all hygienic liners intact.
Free gifts, promotional items, and sale pieces are strictly non-returnable.

Submit Your Request: Email your order number to xandswim@gmail.com and state the full item name and size that you would like to return.
Await Approval: Once our team reviews and approves your return request, you will receive a confirmation email containing our detailed shipping guidelines and return address.
Ship It Back: Securely package your items and send them back to us using your preferred tracked courier.

Inspection: Once your return is physically received and inspected by our team, we will send you an email notifying you that we have received your package. This email will also confirm whether your refund request has been approved or rejected based on the garment's condition.
Processing: If approved, your refund will be processed immediately. A credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 14 working days.
